Early update - I'm away from home and making the most of reliable internet while I have it!

This might just be my favourite page of this whole comic, mostly because it gave me an excuse to look up lots of Victorian winding engines. Now my YouTube suggested videos contain nothing but shaky videos of steam engines, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make for my readers.

Where's OSHA when you need it? Love the sense of timing on this page.

Thanks!

There is definitely nothing occupationally safe about what's going on here...

Uuuugh youtube suggestions. it's ok on the main page but when they show up on the right next to whatever video I happen to watch... No matter how much I love cats, I don't want them to clog up everything o.O

I used to be a teacher and sometimes I'd plug my laptop in to the video projector to show a video on YouTube to my class, forgetting I was logged in to my account. I was always SO anxious about those recommended videos! It's not like I watch anything embarrassing, but it's a window into my personal life that I didn't really want my students to have.

Plus cat videos in the sidebar probably do distract from Shakespeare a little bit.

Cat videos always distracts. The only thing they don't distract from is ... other cat videos. ;D

Yes, I really hate all this privacy invasive stuff. It's really nobody's business what I watch, no matter what it is.

But try switching off the history log on your google account, that may put a stop to these horrors.

I also noticed, when logged off, youtube may still show recommendations based on what you have been watching, I guess via cookies o.O

And I'm just amazed by how amazing your traditional art looks. It's -so hard!-

Thank you! There is a lot of digital "cheating" going on though - I do everything in black and white with pencil and ink and then colourize it.
